Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to all bookings and participation in classes offered by Studio Jeri.

By booking a class, you agree to the following terms.

 

1. Booking and Payment

  • All classes must be booked in advance through the Studio Jeri website

  • Full payment is required at the time of booking

  • Payments are processed securely via the website using approved payment methods (e.g. Apple Pay, Google Pay, debit/credit cards)

  • A booking is only confirmed once payment has been successfully received

 

2. Class Details

  • Classes are held in person at Artist Dover, Dover

  • Class details (date, time, and location) will be provided at the time of booking

  • Studio Jeri reserves the right to make reasonable changes to class content or structure where necessary

 

3. Materials

  • All necessary materials for the class are provided by Studio Jeri unless otherwise stated

  • Materials are prepared in advance based on bookings

 

4. Cancellations and Refunds

  • You may cancel your booking and receive a full refund if you provide at least 24 hours’ notice before the class start time

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the class are non-refundable

  • If you do not attend a booked class, no refund will be issued

 

5. Cancellations or Changes

  • In the unlikely event that a class must be cancelled or rescheduled, you will be offered:

    • A full refund, or

    • The option to transfer to another class

 

6. Participation and Conduct

  • Participants are expected to behave respectfully towards others and the space

  • Studio Jeri reserves the right to refuse participation or remove anyone whose behaviour is disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate

  • No refund will be given in these circumstances

 

7. Health and Safety

  • Participants take part in classes at their own risk

  • You are responsible for informing Studio Jeri in advance of any relevant medical conditions, allergies, or accessibility requirements

  • Reasonable care will be taken to provide a safe working environment

 

8. Personal Property

  • Studio Jeri is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings

 

9. Liability

  • Studio Jeri will not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss

  • Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so
