Refund Policy

Studio Jeri operates a clear refund policy due to the preparation and materials required for each class.

 

Cancellations by You

  • You may cancel your booking and receive a full refund if you provide at least 24 hours’ notice before the class start time

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the class are non-refundable

This is because materials are purchased and prepared in advance based on confirmed bookings.

 

Non-Attendance

  • If you do not attend a booked class, no refund will be issued

 

After Attending

  • Once you have attended the class, no refunds will be given

 

Transfers

  • At Studio Jeri’s discretion, you may be offered the option to transfer to another class if you are unable to attend

  • Transfers are not guaranteed and depend on availability

 

Cancellations by Studio Jeri

  • If a class is cancelled by Studio Jeri, you will be offered:

    • A full refund, or

    • The option to transfer to another session
